Both are data products. They are not advice of any kind, and they do not satisfy any agency's requirement.
Payment is taken by Stripe on their hosted checkout. We never see your card number. Stripe sends the receipt.
We do not email you anything. Our server cannot send email. A credit key is shown on screen after payment and stays reachable at that same link for 7 days, after which it is deleted on our side and cannot be recovered. Pack files, when that product is on sale, are delivered as signed links that expire.
If it is not useful, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. For labour-market packs, if your county is not covered we refund in full — which is why the coverage check is free and comes before payment.
The data are provided as they are. We give no assurance of accuracy. Each workforce-board pack states its own method, sources, as-of date and limits inside the pack itself. Projections are a model, not a measurement. Where a figure is state level rather than county level, or where a table is empty, the pack says so rather than hiding it.
We do not promise any outcome, approval, or result from using the data.
A credit key is for your own use. Bulk redistribution rights are not included in any product on this page; that is a separate arrangement — ask us.
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. What you bought is governed by the terms as they read on the day you bought it.
A note on these terms: they were drafted plainly from how the system actually works, and deliberately contain no governing-law, liability-cap or warranty-disclaimer language, because we have none to point to. An attorney should review this page before you rely on it.
