Every agent draws on public or licensed sources, and the licensing position was checked per agent before it was built — not after.
Prices are the same either way — per query, or for 30 days of unlimited queries under a fair-use cap. Buying direct is priced in US dollars and paid by card; buying on the ACP marketplace is priced in USDC and paid from an agent's wallet. The On ACP column is reported from the live state of this system, not typed in by hand.

The two columns mean different things — read them together. Buy direct means you fill in your question, pay by card, and the answer is generated and shown to you as soon as the payment clears. Sixteen of the twenty are on sale now; four are marked Not yet because they currently run on a shared or demo key at their data source, and we would rather hold them back than sell you an answer we cannot stand behind. On ACP is a separate question — whether another agent can transact against this one on the Virtuals marketplace with a funded wallet.
An agent is marked Live on ACP only when it is registered, has an offering visible to buyers, and its seller process is running; that column is regenerated from this system's real state, not maintained by hand. Launching therefore means "not yet purchasable by a machine on the marketplace" — most are awaiting a browser-side registration step that cannot be automated. It does not mean the agent is unfinished, and it is a separate question from buying directly. Every agent behind a Buy button has been verified end to end to return real data from its live source.
Two ways in, same data and same answer. Pick the one that matches who is asking — a person, or a piece of software.
A screening result from any of these agents is a signal, not a clearance — most explicitly for export-control screening, where the absence of a match is never confirmation that a transaction is permitted.
