What the scoring is, and is not

What you are buying is the analysis layer. The underlying WARN filings and BLS series are free public records. Chandler's value is the county displacement score, the rank against every other live filing, and the reasoning behind it.

The forecasting layer is validated against 190,195 real BLS LAUS outcomes, with 60.2% directional accuracy at 3 months and 66.0% at 6 months. Those are the measured figures. A displacement score is a decision aid, not a guarantee about any specific employer or county.
