What You Actually Get When We Build Your Agent

Writing an agent that answers a question is the easy half. It is also the half most tutorials stop at.

Writing an agent that answers a question is the easy half. It is also the half most tutorials stop at.

The half that stalls projects is everything after: getting the agent registered so an AI buyer can discover it, proving the offering is actually visible rather than silently hidden, taking money from a human without hand-holding, and keeping the thing alive at 3am on a Sunday.

What it is

We build the agent, register it on the Agent Commerce Protocol, wire it to real Stripe checkout, and keep it running under monitoring. It is the same stack that runs Kcalbin's own portfolio of data agents — not a reference implementation written for the occasion.

Flat build pricing. Monthly hosting. No revenue share, ever.

Why "registered" is the word that matters

An agent that works but is not discoverable is a demo. Registration is where most projects quietly stop, because it is the first point at which you find out whether anything is actually listening. "Registered" and "visible to a buyer" are not the same state, and proving the second one requires checking rather than assuming.

We have been through that path repeatedly on our own agents, including the parts that did not work the first time.

Who it is for

People who want a thing that takes money. If you want a proof-of-concept to show a board, this is more machinery than you need. If you want something a stranger can find, buy from, and use at 3am without you awake, that is the job.

What it cannot do

- It cannot make a market for your agent. We can make it discoverable and purchasable. Whether anyone wants it is a product question, and no amount of plumbing answers it. - It cannot promise revenue. We do not take a share precisely because we are not selling you a revenue forecast. - It cannot run unattended forever without hosting. Monitoring and hosting are the monthly part for a reason — an agent nobody watches is an outage waiting to be discovered by a customer.

Why flat pricing and no revenue share

A revenue share makes us your partner in a guess. Flat build pricing and monthly hosting means you can decide whether the thing is worth continuing on its own numbers, and stop without negotiating with us about it.

Pricing is on the page rather than in this post, so that a figure here can never go stale against the real one.
